Shipping Information
How much does shipping cost?
Exact shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price depends on multiple criteria, including your shipping address, shipping method and number of items in your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we do not ship internationally.
What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?
If your order has been deemed undeliverable by the post and your tracking number now shows "Returned to Sender", please contact us so we can figure out the best solution for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please check our size guides, product information, and images, as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a flaw with your item. We are a not-for-profit organization and we dedicate our funds to supporting our cause. If you need a different size or style, we suggest donating the one you have to a friend or family member and purchasing a new correct one for yourself.
What happens if my order is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us for a quick resolution.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to fix your order, but cannot change it once it has been packed.
